My Surface Pro had a malfunction and I had to make multiple trips to the service centre. I am glad that I was served by Kiat Wei. Kiat Wei was very patient with all his customers. He kept his cool while dealing with multiple customers and tried his best to solve the customer’s issue.
I walked in to Star Shield’s service centre on 24th Feb morning, and was assisted by James on my PC issue. James helped to facilitate the repair of my PC, answered all my queries and informed me politely to wait for the outcome after consultation with the technician in a few days. On 28th Feb, Technician Wong recommended to add a new SSD without affecting my existing data, which helped solve all my existing PC issue. Thanks to all who made this possible so efficiently.

1-to-1 Exchange (Beyond Repair)
If your device is deemed beyond economic repair, you will be compensated with an equivalent replacement model where the value will not exceed the original purchase price.
Loan Unit (Subjected to availability)*
We provide loan devices for laptops that require prolonged retainment at our service centers. This programme is only applicable if your it requires a longer waiting time.
This service is only applicable for Notebooks.
1-Time Battery Replacement*
Battery replacement can only be claimed once during the 1st year of the manufacturer’s warranty if the maximum capacity of your battery falls below 80% of the original maximum capacity.
Battery Replacement is only applicable for Notebooks.
1-Time Cracked Screen Replacement**
This plan covers damage to the integrated LCD screen due to any unintentional breakage, drops, falls or other collisions. This does not cover casings/covers.
Cracked Screen Replacement is only applicable for Notebooks, Smartphones, Tablet and Fitness Trackers
1-Time Fire, Theft and Flood Replacement
We will compensate you with a replacement unit equivalent to the purchased price of the original device if it is beyond repair, and complies with the terms and conditions
Power Surge Protection
Power surges may occur due to a sudden spike in the electrical current of your home. We provide power surge protection if your device is deemed as defective.
