Star Shield Concierge Service (February 2020

1. ISLAND-WIDE PICK UP & DROP OFF REPAIR SERVICE

  1. Star Shield Island-Wide Pick Up & Drop Off Repair service is applicable for Star Shield Repair customers and Star Shield Extended Warranty (SSEW) customers.
  2. Only Laptops and Mobile phones are eligible for the drop off & collection service.
  3. Customers may call our hotline at 6586 7788 and schedule a pick-up time with us.
  4. A $80 service charge (inclusive of repair and transport) on top of the total bill is applicable for all customers.
  5. Depending on the level of repair and availability of parts, repair may exceed the duration of 7-14 working days.
  6. All programmes organised by Star Shield are subjected to a set of terms and conditions, which we reserve the right to change without prior notice.

2. DROP-OFF SERVICE IN CHALLENGER STORES 

  1. Star Shield drop off & collection service is applicable for Star Shield Repair customers and Star Shield Extended Warranty (SSEW) customers.
  2. Only Laptops and Mobile phones are eligible for the drop off & collection service.
  3. Customers may drop off their devices at selected Challenger drop off points or Star Shield stores listed below in points 4 and 5 respectively.
  4. The selected Challenger drop off points are IMM, Vivo City, Parkway Parade, Clementi Mall, Changi City Point, Somerset 313, Lot 1 and Suntec City. The opening hours are 11am – 9.30pm daily.
  5. Drop off points include the 8 stores listed above, as well as Star Shield @ Challenger stores. Please click here for the list of Star Shield stores.
  6. A $80 service charge (inclusive of repair and transport) on top of the total bill is applicable for 3rd party repair customers. A $40 pick up fee is applicable for SSEW customers who wish to drop off their devices at the selected Challenger drop off points, this fee cannot be deducted from the SSEW coverage claim.
  7. Depending on the level of repair and availability of parts, repair may exceed the duration of 7-14 working days.
  8. After repair, you may collect your device from our Star Shield stores or Main Office. Payment will be made upon collection of your device.
  9. We only accept Credit or Debit payment at our Main Office and Star Shield stores.
  10. Our Main Office is located at 89 Science Park Drive, #01-10, The Rutherford Lobby C, Singapore 118261. We are open from Mon-Fri 10am-7pm, and Sat 11am-7pm, closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

3. PICK-UP & DROP-OFF SERVICE IN SCIENCE PARK 1 

  1.  Star Shield Pick-Up & Drop-Off service is applicable to all Capitaland Tenants in Science Park 1.
  2. Only Laptops and Mobile phones are eligible for this service.
  3. Customers may call our hotline at 6586 7788 and schedule a pick-up time with us.
  4. Customers may drop off their devices at our Main Office, we are located at 89 Science Park Drive, #01-10, The Rutherford Lobby C, Singapore 118261. We are open from Mon-Fri 10am to 7 pm.
  5. An $80 deposit (inclusive of service charge and repair fees) is applicable to all laptop repairs. A $40 deposit (inclusive of service charge and repair fees) is applicable to all mobile phone repair.
  6. Full payment for the repair, less the deposit, will be made after the device has been repaired. We only accept Credit or Debit payment.
  7. Depending on the level of repair and availability of parts, repair may exceed the duration of 7-14 working days.
  8. All programmes organised by Star Shield are subjected to a set of terms and conditions, which we reserve the right to change without prior notice.
