REPAIR SERVICES FAQ

Star Shield provides an extensive range of repair and upgrading services for all hardware defects and operating system-based software defects. In addition, we provide data back-up and recovery services if you have important information / software stored within your devices.

You may call our Star Shield hotline at 6586 7788, where you will be advised on the nearest store you can visit to drop off your devices. Our specialists will be able to perform a free diagnostic check on your device to determine the problem.

We do not charge consultation fees. There will be a service fee if you would like our specialists to generate a detailed diagnostic report for your device.

On-site pick up and return service is available for a fee of $80 per trip.

We will send out an sms notification or drop you a call to notify you to collect your repaired device. You can also check the status of your repair service here.

Star Shield takes in a wide variety of models ranging from PC/notebooks to printers. Do contact us via our hotline or submit a form to enquire about the specific model that wish to send in.
